Chelsea fans have been left furious after the club’s live stream missed a goal during their pre-season friendly against AC Milan.
The Blues have been in action against the Italian giants in their fourth pre-season contest as Xabi Alonso continues to implement his style of play.
At the beginning of the second half, Chelsea created a chance down their right-hand side, with Pedro Neto setting up to whip a delivery into the six-yard box.
Fans were left waiting after the club’s stream froze, eventually picking up with several Chelsea players in AC Milan’s net.
Once footage had caught up, supporters saw Joao Pedro celebrating as the Brazilian got his second goal of the game with a tidy finish.
Voicing their outrage on social media, one fan wrote: “This Chelsea vs Milan stream is dreadful. So jumpy. We just missed a goal.”
Another said: “Your stream is pathetic, literally just missed our second goal.”
One other wrote: “You’d expect them to get a simple thing like a stream on their own app to work.”

The Blues impressed in their fourth pre-season contest against AC Milan, taking the lead just before the end of the first half through Joao Pedro.
The Brazilian rose from a corner to head home, before getting his second goal at the start of the second 45.
Moises Caicedo got the Blues’ third with a fantastic volley on the edge of the penalty area, as Chelsea won their second game from four so far this pre-season.

It was the first time Alonso deployed his customary back-three with Chelsea, his go-to setup at Bayer Leverkusen.
Set pieces proved to be the difference for the Blues, scoring twice from corners.
Chelsea brought in Aston Villa’s set-piece coach Austin MacPhee this summer, who was highly rated in the Villa camp.
The Villains scored 29 goals from set pieces during the 2025/26 season, level with Arsenal.

Next up for Chelsea in their pre-season tour is Malaysian champions Johor Darul Ta’zim.
The Blues then face Real Sociedad in their last pre-season fixture before attention turns to the Premier League.
Chelsea kick-off their league campaign just up the road from Stamford Bridge against Fulham at Craven Cottage in the first Monday night football of the year.
The Blues’ first home game is a repeat of last year against Brighton, who will be competing in Europe next season after beating Chelsea to the top eight.
