Celtics announce full 2026 preseason schedule

The Celtics released their four-game preseason schedule on Monday, and half of the matchups involve Jaylen Brown’s new team.

Boston will have a home and home series with Philadelphia, along with a road contest in Cleveland, and a home game against Charlotte. All preseason games will be televised on NBC Sports Boston.

The Celtics went 3-1 in the preseason last year. They split a series with Toronto, during which both games were decided by two points or less. They beat Memphis and Cleveland by double digits.

Philadelphia knocked Boston out in the first round of the playoffs last May before acquiring Brown in July.

Boston went 3-2 in this year’s summer league, missing out on the championship bracket.

The Celtics’ preseason games run from October 8-16 this year. Here’s a look at the full shcedule.

10/8: at Cavaliers, 7 p.m., Rocket Arena, Cleveland, Ohio.

10/10: vs. Sixers, 8 p.m., TD Garden, Boston

10/14: vs. Hornets. 7:30 p.m., TD Garden, Boston

10/16: at Sixers, 7 p.m., Xfinity Mobile Arena, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
