The meeting discussed several key agenda items, with the extension of the landfill site agreement being a prominent topic. The agreement will allow RWMC to continue utilizing the Losar landfill site for the disposal of solid waste.

The CDA Board also approved the extension of the contract for the transportation and collection of solid waste from the Waste Transfer Station in Islamabad to the Losar dumping site. This arrangement is critical for maintaining waste management operations in the capital.
