The Cherries thought they had three points all wrapped up, but Sean Longstaff’s late strike was enough to split the points.
Leeds move onto the magic 40-point mark and are all but safe now in the Premier League.
Bournemouth will feel like it’s two points dropped, but continue their unbeaten run under Andoni Iraola to 13 games.
