The Great Australian Bake Off is stepping out of the tent and into the real world, with BBC Studios unveiling a world first immersive experience inspired by the hit series.
Set to debut as part of the Good Food & Wine Show Christmas Editions, the new attraction marks the latest expansion of the award winning format ahead of its return to BINGE and Foxtel later in 2026.
The partnership will see a dedicated Bake Off precinct created at the events, featuring live demonstrations, baking challenges, interactive activities and appearances from talent connected to the franchise.

Samantha Potts, Show Manager of the Good Food & Wine Show, said the partnership would allow the event to create a new experience around one of television’s most popular food brands.
“We are thrilled to partner with BBC Studios to bring The Great Australian Bake Off to life as the centrepiece of our Christmas Editions.”
BBC Studios ANZ Executive Vice President and Creative Director of Global Productions Kylie Washington said the collaboration represented a new chapter for the franchise beyond television.
“This innovative concept is a world first for the brand, transforming Bake Off into a fully immersive, live experience that allows audiences to engage with it in an entirely new way.”
The move marks the first time the Bake Off brand has been expanded into a large scale live consumer experience in Australia.
The announcement comes as The Great Australian Bake Off prepares to celebrate its ninths season in Australia in 2026, continuing its run as one of the country’s most successful reality formats.
Produced by BBC Studios Australia Productions for the Foxtel Group, the series recently won the 2026 AACTA Award for Best Reality Program and the 2026 SPA Award for Reality Series Production of the Year.
