Babri Masjid will never be rebuilt, says Yogi Adityanath

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has issued a stern warning against any attempts to reconstruct the Babri mosque. Speaking in Barabanki, the Chief Minister addressed recent controversies regarding a ‘Babri 2.0’ proposal, stating, ‘Those dreaming of the reconstruction of the structure will perish; that day will never come.’ He emphasised that the ‘double engine government’ under Prime Minister Narendra Modi remains committed to honouring India’s glorious heritage and the traditions of Sanatan Dharma. Adityanath highlighted the significance of the Kesariya flag hoisted at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, asserting it symbolises the strength and pride of the nation. The programme also discusses the political implications of these remarks following statements by suspended TMC MLA Humayun Kabir regarding a mosque in Murshidabad. The Chief Minister reiterated that the government delivers on its promises, citing the completion of the Ram Temple as a primary example of their commitment to the people.
