The Indigenous Business Adelaide Trade Fair (Tarndanya), proudly hosted by Supply Nation on the lands of the Kaurna people, is set to arrive in Adelaide in February 2026 – and it’s shaping up to be a standout event.

Supply Nation manages Australia’s leading directory of verified Indigenous businesses and plays a vital role in supporting their growth through procurement opportunities. With more than 6,000 Indigenous-owned businesses listed nationally on Indigenous Business Direct, the organisation is committed to creating jobs, supporting career development and amplifying Indigenous enterprise.

Kate Russell, proud Awabakal woman and Supply Nation CEO, highlights the importance of this event.

“Trade Fairs provide an opportunity for buyers and sellers to meet in person, yarn, build trust and hopefully form long-lasting commercial relationships that are a win-win for both parties,” says Kate, who explains that their recently released ‘The Sleeping Giant Rises’ report found that for every dollar of revenue produced by Indigenous-owned businesses, $3.66 of positive economic and social value was generated into the Australian economy.

Following enormous success with their trade fairs in other states, this is the first time Supply Nation are bringing the event to Adelaide, and the range of businesses covers everything from native botanical-infused chocolates and beverages to geo-spatial mapping and environmental services.

“We encourage all Supply Nation registered or certified Suppliers out there to consider exhibiting, and of course, encourage everyone to register to attend and come along to see if any of the businesses can provide what you are looking for, be it a present for a loved one or a major corporate or government procurement contract,” says Kate.

“Once you experience one of our Trade Fairs and understand the excitement and quality of the products and services, you will be a committed supporter.”
