“These moments matter because they validate the years of sacrifice,” Islam Mohamed El-Hoseiny says. “But more importantly, they show young Muslims that they don’t have to change who they are to succeed.”

Another defining achievement is Athari Wear’s partnership with Muhammad Ali’s brand. For Islam Mohamed El-Hoseiny, this collaboration carries deep meaning beyond fashion.

“Muhammad Ali stood for faith, courage, and standing firm in your beliefs,” he says. “Honoring that legacy is something I take seriously.”

Why the United Arab Emirates Changed Everything

Although Islam Mohamed El-Hoseiny was born in the land of the American dream, he believes the United Arab Emirates is where that dream is becoming reality.

“Being in the United Arab Emirates accelerated everything,” he explains. “The resources, opportunities, and mindset here turn vision into action.”

Currently working on major projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Islam Mohamed El-Hoseiny plans to establish the United Arab Emirates as Athari Wear’s global base. His goal is to scale the brand worldwide while using the region as a model for what is possible.

“I want the United Arab Emirates to be the place that helps take Athari Wear global,” he says. “Not just for me, but as proof of what others can build.”
