Vidyut Jammwal has spoken about the emotional impact of the reported firing incident involving Tiger Shroff in Mumbai, saying that the actor has every reason to feel stressed after going through such an experience. During a conversation with Ranveer Allahbadia, Vidyut recalled speaking to Tiger and shared his thoughts on how the incident could affect his personal life and fitness routine.
“There has been an attempt to murder him”: Vidyut Jammwal recalls conversation with Tiger Shroff after firing incident
Discussing the pressure Tiger might be dealing with, Vidyut said the experience could make him hesitant about activities he previously enjoyed, including playing football and sharing fitness videos on social media.
“I can imagine the pressure you have. With you, the experience you have gone through will limit you from playing football; you might not be posting a lot of fitness videos thinking people might make fun of you, or not posting your kicking videos, and that could be the reason for his ageing. This is the time when he can decide if he wants to become the fittest version of himself or become better than that. He is happy, stressed for sure,” he said.
Vidyut also recalled telling Tiger that the incident was an unusual experience, even by the standards of people who have encountered dangerous situations in their line of work.
“I was telling him that there would be nobody in the world who could say, ‘I have seen a shooter shoot in front of my face.’ This happens in the Army,” he said.
Emphasising the emotional toll of the incident, Vidyut added that Tiger’s stress should not be dismissed as an ordinary reaction.
“I told Tiger that he has to be stressed because there has been an attempt to murder him, so it cannot be a normal experience. So, he is good and trying his best to get out of this,” he added.
The incident took place on October 18 outside a football club near Pushpa Narsee Park in Mumbai’s Juhu area. Tiger was present at the location when shots were fired. He escaped unharmed, while his driver and an autorickshaw driver were injured.
