The final interview may last only a few minutes. Behind it, however, is a much longer process.
Cameras need to be positioned. Lighting and sound have to be checked. Guests need to be coordinated. Interviewers need to be prepared. Production schedules have to remain flexible, particularly at a busy event where conversations, meetings and opportunities can develop quickly.
At Forex Expo Dubai 2026, this process was repeated throughout two intensive days as eplanet TV turned part of its presence at Dubai World Trade Centre into an active interview and production environment.
The result was more than 80 recorded interviews and approximately seven hours of conversations with professionals from across the financial industry.
But the numbers tell only part of the story. Behind those interviews was a team working continuously to turn brief encounters at an industry event into professionally produced media content.
What Happens Before the Camera Starts Rolling
For the audience, an interview begins when the camera starts recording. For the production team, it begins much earlier.
Throughout Forex Expo Dubai 2026, the eplanet TV team coordinated interview guests while preparing the physical and technical environment required for recording.
Camera positioning, lighting, sound, framing and timing all had to work together. At the same time, interviewers needed to know who they were speaking with, while production and content teams had to manage a continuous flow of guests.
This becomes particularly challenging at a large industry event.
Unlike a controlled studio schedule, an Expo is constantly moving. Professionals are attending meetings, visiting booths, participating in sessions and moving between different parts of the venue. A production team therefore needs to combine preparation with flexibility.
That coordination was one of the less visible parts of eplanet TV’s presence in Dubai.
More Than 80 Interviews in Two Days
Across the two-day Expo, eplanet TV recorded more than 80 interviews, resulting in approximately seven hours of interview content.
Achieving that volume required more than placing a camera at the booth.
Each conversation involved coordination between the guest, interviewer and production team. As one interview finished, the space had to be prepared for the next while the wider activity of the Expo continued around it.
The process created a production rhythm that continued throughout the event.
For eplanet TV, however, the objective was not simply to reach a high number of interviews. The larger purpose was to use the opportunity created by Forex Expo Dubai to bring more professionals and industry voices in front of the camera.
The People Behind the Content
Media production often puts attention on the person appearing on screen. Behind that person is another group making the final content possible.
Producers coordinate. Camera operators manage the visual setup. Sound and lighting need attention. Content teams organize interviews and keep the production moving.
At an event, those responsibilities become even more interconnected.
The work at Forex Expo Dubai demonstrated the importance of end-to-end production capabilities within the eplanet TV model. Having content and production teams working closely together allows the platform to respond quickly when new opportunities for interviews and conversations emerge.
Taking the Studio Mindset to the Expo Floor
eplanet TV has developed its media operation around in-house production capabilities and a professional studio supporting interviews, live programming, financial education and original content.
Forex Expo Dubai provided an opportunity to take that production mindset outside the studio.
The environment was different. Instead of a controlled production space, the team was operating inside a busy financial exhibition. But the underlying process remained the same: create the conditions in which professionals can communicate their perspectives clearly and audiences can access those conversations afterwards.
This reflects a broader part of eplanet TV’s mission. The platform aims to make financial knowledge and industry perspectives more accessible while creating space for both established experts and emerging voices.
From Dubai to a Wider Audience
When the Expo ended, the content journey did not.
The interviews recorded during the event are being taken beyond the exhibition floor through eplanet TV’s digital channels, including its YouTube presence.
This gives the production created during two days in Dubai a much longer life. Individual interviews can reach audiences after the Expo, while the collection gradually becomes part of a larger library of financial professionals and industry voices.
It also demonstrates how physical events and digital media can work together. An event creates access to people and conversations; media production captures them; digital distribution makes them available to a wider audience.

Beyond the Final Frame
What audiences eventually see is the finished interview. What they do not always see is the coordination, equipment, preparation and teamwork required to produce it.
For eplanet TV, the experience at Forex Expo Dubai 2026 represented both sides of that process.
In front of the cameras were more than 80 industry voices. Behind them was a production team responsible for turning approximately seven hours of conversations into content that can continue reaching audiences long after the Expo.
That is the part of media production that rarely appears in the final frame, but makes every frame possible.
