Levie Nacional Is Helping UAE Property Developers Put AI To Work

A Dubai-based technologist and founder who once feared syntax errors now helps property developers hand the busy work of selling property to an AI agent.

Sometimes the most important career decisions begin with something as ordinary as fear.

For Levie Nacional, it was a fear of syntax errors in high school computer science. Instead of steering away from technology, she chose to study Computer Science at university.

That decision became the start of a career spanning more than 14 years, from software and digital products to founding her own company and, today, bringing AI into the way property developers in the UAE sell.

Learning technology from the inside

Levie spent more than seven years with Pure Elements Technologies, building mobile applications and web products.

The work taught her something that shapes everything she does now: good software needs more than good code. It needs someone who can sit between the people who imagine a product and the people who build it, and make sure both are talking about the same thing.

That became her role. On one side, engineering teams thinking about systems and integrations. On the other, business owners thinking about sales, cost and return. Levie speaks both languages.

Building a company of her own

Technical work led her to entrepreneurship. Levie founded Cogeter, a digital coaching platform for fitness and wellness professionals, which gives coaches a structured way to design programmes, assign habits and follow client progress.

As a founder she owned the product roadmap, the design and the growth of the platform. It taught her what no technical role could: customers, adoption and operations matter as much as whether the technology works.

That founder’s view is what she now brings to real estate.

Bringing AI to property developers

Today Levie is Business Development Manager at Proptera, a Dubai-based company that builds software for property developers.

Proptera gives developers an AI agent that completes the work for their team, their brokers and their buyers. A buyer can ask about a project, get the payment plan, complete KYC and book a unit. A brokerage can request an allocation, get the documents and hold a unit for a client. The developer’s own team can approve, hold a unit, change a price or pull analytics just by asking. The agent does the work itself, rather than answering a question and asking someone to log in.

Alongside the agent, Proptera intelligence shows developers which projects and units are drawing real interest, read from sources such as heat maps, WhatsApp conversations, and broker and buyer activity. Developers can price the units in demand for what they are worth and discount the ones that are sitting still, based on evidence.

“Property developers here sell through many channels at once: their own sales team, a lot of brokers, WhatsApp, their website and their marketing campaigns. We are bringing agentic AI and AI-powered intelligence to that work, so all of those channels come together in one connected place. The agent handles the requests from buyers and brokers, and the intelligence shows where the real demand is, so sales and marketing are working from the same signals.”

For Levie, the role brings her whole career together. Her engineering background helps her explain how the technology works. Her time as a founder helps her understand what a business owner actually needs from it.

Built around return, not technology for its own sake

Levie measures technology by three questions. Does it solve a real problem? Will people actually use it? Does the business see a return?

In property development, where one team handles inventory, brokers, bookings and buyers at the same time, the return is concrete. When the team is no longer the step in front of every request, each deal costs less to handle. When pricing follows real demand, each unit earns more. Proptera is built to let the same team handle several times the inventory, brokers and buyers it handles today, working alongside the tools a developer already uses.

“I don’t sell software to developers. I sit with their team, find where the time goes, and show them what they can hand to the agent.”

A UAE entrepreneur at the meeting point of AI and real estate

Levie’s path was never predictable. A fear of syntax errors led to a Computer Science degree. Engineering led to product. Product led to founding a company. And that founder’s experience led her to PropTech, where she now helps UAE developers put AI to work on the parts of selling property that take the most time.

The common thread has always been curiosity, and a belief that technology is only worth something when a business can actually use it.
