Five baby orangutans were found abandoned in a forest in Odisha — nearly 4,000 km from their natural home. 🦧❤️
At 5:35 AM, IFS Officer Pratik Indalkar’s team received the call. Within 10 minutes, they reached the spot, managed a crowd of around 2,000 people and rescued the endangered animals.
After receiving food and medicines, the babies were taken on an 8-hour, 300-km journey to Nandankanan Zoo, where they could receive proper care.
