The FA is preparing to release a report on England’s World Cup campaign following an inquest with Thomas Tuchel.
The report will analyse the Three Lions’ successes and failings from the tournament after being knocked out in the semi-finals by Argentina.
The Germans’ tactics and squad selection will be reflected from the competition ahead of England’s next game on September 26 against world champions Spain.
Next week, Tuchel will attend the FA’s performance advisory group meeting, where high-profile names in business and sport will ask him about the tournament.
According to The Telegraph, the meeting is only a discussion, with England’s exit to Argentina likely to come up.
The Three Lions took the lead against the World Cup finalists through Anthony Gordon but immediately went into their shell after going ahead.
Tuchel’s side invited an onslaught of pressure from the 55th minute, which proved too much as Enzo Fernandez and Lautaro Martinez’s efforts knocked out the Three Lions.
Despite the abrupt exit, England went on to achieve their best finish since winning the competition in 1966.

Their defensive approach had paid dividends throughout their run to the semi-finals, holding off co-hosts Mexico in a historic performance at the Azteca Stadium.
They applied the same tactics in the quarter-finals against Norway and advanced thanks to a brace from Jude Bellingham.
Using the same move again versus Argentina proved to be the wrong move, but Tuchel defended his tactics after the game.

GETTYTuchel signed a two-year extension back in February to bring him through to Euro 2028, which is being hosted by England, Wales, Scotland and the Republic of Ireland.
The FA are backing the German to win the Three Lions’ first trophy since 1966 and to replicate the success of the England women’s national team, who have won the Euros twice.
England play four times from September 26 to October 6, facing Spain, Croatia and the Czech Republic twice.
