Since its theatrical release, Main Vaapas Aaunga has garnered attention for its emotional storytelling, performances and themes of love, longing and belonging. The film reportedly witnessed a notable resurgence in its second week, with audience recommendations helping it sustain momentum beyond its opening weekend. Now the film making its digital premiere was celebrated on social media with Netflix sharing the announcement on their official handle.
While the theatrical release allowed the film to connect with audiences on the big screen, its arrival on Netflix is expected to take the story to a much wider audience across different countries and cultures. The film explores emotions and experiences rooted in the shared history of the Indian subcontinent, while focusing on themes that transcend geographical boundaries.

The Imtiaz Ali directorial is produced by Birla Studios & Applause Entertainment and Mohit Choudhary & Shibasish Sarkar of Window Seat Films. The film’s music is presented by Tips Music. And it is now streaming on Netflix from August 7.
