The first name on the 2026 Wildlands lineup has been announced

Wildlands is making fans work for its lineup this year.

We’re used to festival lineups dropping via Instagram, but this year the festival has opted for something a little more interactive. Earlier today, Wildlands shared a cryptic post teasing the first artist on its 2026 lineup, instructing followers to call a dedicated hotline (i’ts 1900-WILDLANDS) to actually uncover the reveal.

We’ll save you the call and skip straight to the announcement: WORSHIP is the first name on the 2026 lineup. The four-person group has built a devoted following thanks to its blend of melodic techno and house, and you might have seen them popping up at several major festivals around the world recently.

Where is Wildlands Festival 2026?

While the full lineup is still under wraps, Wildlands has more or less confirmed it will return this summer, with dates and cities expected soon. In previous years, the festival has travelled to Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide, though in 2025, organisers cancelled the South Australian leg for the time being, saying it was “difficult” but necessary to maintain the quality audiences expect.

There’s no word yet on whether Adelaide will be added to the mix in 2026, but watch this space.

 

What about dates?

These are also yet to be confirmed, but last year Wildlands took place on January 1 in Brisbane, and January 3 in Perth, so we can expect something similar this time around.

 

When will the rest of the Wildlands 2026 lineup be announced?

So far, Wildlands has only revealed WORSHIP, but if previous years are anything to go by, we won’t have to wait too long for the remaining acts. The festival typically unveils its full lineup in stages, with additional artist announcements following over the coming weeks ahead of tickets going on sale. Watch this space.
