Authorities are trying to determine how the two died, according to Maine State Police.
Police in Maine say they’re investigating after a man and woman were found dead in their home on Monday.
Deputies with the Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s Department responded to a home on State Road in West Bath, Maine the night of July 13 for a welfare check, Maine State Police said in a press release.
Deputies found a man and a woman, both dead, inside the home, State Police said.
They have since been identified as Carolyn Harris, 77, and Kevin Harris, 75, both of West Bath, according to State Police.
Autopsies are being conducted to determine how they died, the agency wrote.
Officials are investigating, but there is no danger to the public, according to State Police.
