Well-known South Australian media personality Bec Morse is returning to the Adelaide airwaves, joining KIIS 1023 for a month-long weekday role.
From July 17, Bec will take over KIIS Workdays from 10am to 3pm, following breakfast duo Ben and Liam.
She will step into the role while regular host Ryan “Burgo” Burgess takes time away from the station on paternity leave.
Bec is already a familiar voice to KIIS 1023 listeners, having previously filled several roles across the station. She hosted shifts throughout the Christmas and summer period and also stepped behind the microphone on the station’s breakfast show earlier this year.
KIIS 1023 Content Director Stephen Werner said Bec had already established a strong connection with the station’s Adelaide audience.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Bec back to KIIS 1023 while Burgo enjoys this special time with his growing family.
“Bec is already a valued part of the KIIS family and has built a fantastic connection with our audience through her previous stints on the station,” Stephen said.
“Her warmth, humour and ability to connect with listeners make her the perfect fit to take Adelaide through the workday.”
Bec said she was excited to return to the KIIS team and accompany listeners throughout their weekdays.
“I’m so excited to be joining the KIIS 1023 team again and helping keep Adelaide entertained throughout the workday,” Bec said.
“I always love being on KIIS and can’t wait to spend my days with listeners while Burgo enjoys time with his new addition.”
Bec will host KIIS Workdays weekdays from 10am to 3pm between Friday, July 17 and Wednesday, August 12.
