Many called out Nadia Khan for doing overacting, a few even said she doesn’t know acting.

Recently, in one of the weekly episodes of Kya Drama Hai, Atiqa Odho responded to the criticism surrounding Nadia Khan’s acting in the telefilm.

Talking about it, Atiqa Odho said, “She was looking lovely on the screen. It was a sitcom, a satire-type format. I read many comments against her where people said she was overacting, but what are your expectations from a comedy play? A comedy play has its own pace and pulse; it is unlike a serious drama. I don’t know why people reacted against it. Everyone was doing a great job, which was the requirement of the genre. I enjoyed Nadia Khan’s energy throughout. The story was okay and different. What I didn’t like was that there was no reference to Eid. They should have added something related to Eid. It wasn’t my favourite genre, and I have already done a role similar to Zohra Jabeen. I loved the references to our dramas like Muamma and Ishq Murshid. ” Watch here:
