Everett authorities responded to a motor vehicle crash involving a school bus at Broadway and Langton Street. Of the 11 students on the bus, nine were transported to area hospitals “for observation,” Everett Police Chief Paul Strong and Everett School Superintendent William Hart said in a joint statement.

No serious injuries were reported, and the cause of the crash is under investigation, the officials said.

The bus was towed, and it appeared a black car was also involved in the crash, according to a local reporter’s social media post.

WCVB posted surveillance footage of the crash, which shows the school bus crossing a busy street and the black vehicle striking the side of the bus.
