Rap superstar Snoop Dogg has delighted special needs students for a second time, sending a surprise gift to a school he visited last year.
The Grammy-winning artist made headlines when he dropped into Warringa Park School in Werribee — in Melbourne’s west — last year to create a song with music students after they reached out to him on Instagram.

When staff received the call that Snoop was going to make an appearance, they were in disbelief. But it was no joke — the rap icon was in Werribee and walking through the school doors just one day later.
He posed for photos and met staff before joining the class to record a verse in the song Drip.
“I’m after school with the kids, we do it after dark, educated, graduated from Warringa Park,” Snoop rapped in the track.
Principal Ashwini Sharma said the visit left a lasting impact on the entire school community.
“He really made everyone feel very special. He spoke to each and every student,” she said.
Now, months later, a special delivery has arrived at the school from Snoop himself. He gifted the class new microphones, stands and speakers, allowing them to record better quality music and giving more students the opportunity to join in.
Student Logan Miller said knowing the rap legend took time out of his schedule meant everything.
“Knowing that Snoop Dogg decided to take time out of his own day to come down to our school and sing with us is amazing,” he said.
The kids now have a taste for star power, with the music class hoping for even more superstar collaborations in the future.
