Prime Video is leaning hard into the YA obsession era, turning a Sydney bookstore into a real-world Off Campus experience complete with themed events, fan giveaways and a visit from Australian star Josh Heuston.
To coincide with the series launch this week, the streamer is taking over Romancing The Novel in Paddington, Sydney for a week-long fan experience designed to bring the world of Briar University off the page and onto social feeds.
Based on the bestselling book series by Elle Kennedy, Off Campus follows an elite college ice hockey team and the women in their orbit as they navigate romance, heartbreak and the messiness of early adulthood.

Season one centres on the “opposites attract” relationship between songwriter Hannah and hockey star Garrett.

Series creator Louisa Levy brings the adaptation to screen with a cast led by Ella Bright, Belmont Cameli, Mika Abdalla, Antonio Cipriano, Jalen Thomas Brooks, Heuston and Stephen Kalyn.
The immersive takeover will run across six days at the Paddington bookstore, with fans encouraged to post content from the experience for the chance to score tickets to an exclusive Q&A event featuring Heuston.
The campaign forms part of Prime Video’s recently launched Obsession is in Session initiative, aimed at strengthening the platform’s push into young adult storytelling and fandom culture beyond the screen.
A themed Malone’s coffee cart will also pop up during the event, alongside a “key chain crafternoon” for fans wanting to fully commit to the university-core aesthetic.
