The series follows Andrew as he navigates everyday challenges with creativity and kindness, turning small problems into playful adventures.
The show features the voices of stage and screen performer Lucy Durack and screen actor Damien Garvey, adding familiar Australian talent to the mix.
After launching in Canada on CBC and CBC Gem in early December last year, the series now makes its way to Australia several months after its initial rollout.
It’s Andrew! is a co-commissioned Australian-Canadian-Singapore production, bringing together ABC and CBC with Societe Radio-Canada, alongside investment from Screen Australia and the Canada Media Fund.
Produced by Pirate Size Productions, Mainframe Studios and Infinite Studios, the series is positioned for global reach, with Kartoon Studios handling international distribution, licensing and merchandising.
Created by Dan Nixon and Alyssa Smedley and directed by Katrina Hadley and Jos Humphrey, the project is backed by a multi territory team across Australia, Canada and Singapore.

With recent industry debate still circling Bluey’s global rights structure and merchandising upside, It’s Andrew! arrives as another internationally backed kids title, with key commercial rights again sitting offshore.
It’s Andrew! premieres Monday 1 June at 6am on ABC iview and 8:15am on ABC Kids.
