A chilling case from Uttar Pradesh’s Ambedkar Nagar district has surfaced where four minor siblings were found brutally murdered inside their home, with their mother missing.
The incident came to light when authorities were alerted about bodies lying inside a sealed house in the afternoon.
Police said the victims include three boys and one girl, aged 14, 12, 10 and 8 years. All four were real siblings.
Preliminary inputs suggest a horrifying level of violence, with bricks and sharp-edged weapons allegedly used in the attack, turning the home into a crime scene that has stunned investigators.
MOTHER VANISHES AFTER INCIDENT
Adding to the mystery, the children’s mother is missing from the scene after the incident came to light.
The house is registered in her name, making her a key focus of the investigation as police teams launch a search operation.
Police reached the spot along with senior officers soon after the information was received. A forensic team was also called in to collect evidence and examine the crime scene.
Officials sealed the area as investigators combed through the house for clues.
PROBE FROM ALL POSSIBLE ANGLES
Superintendent of Police Prachi Singh said, “The case is being investigated from every angle. The house belongs to the absconding woman. A property dispute angle is also being considered, but nothing can be confirmed at this stage.”
She added that the exact manner of killing will be confirmed only after postmortem examination.
Police sources said the children’s father has been working in Saudi Arabia and has not returned home for the past year. His absence is also being factored into the investigation.
