JOHANNA – MOUNTAIN ESCAPE
If your weekends don’t involve alpacas, road trips and a little bit of camping, then you are missing out! This week, Johanna’s taking you on an epic weekend-break to the Gold Coast Hinterland and it’s as lush and relaxing as you might imagine.
ADAM + CHARLIE – HELPING OUT ONE OF THE LAST WWII DIGGERS
Anzac Day is a time for all Australians to reflect and pay our respects to those who served their country and tonight, we’re giving thanks to one of the last surviving diggers of the Kokoda Trail Campaign, Reg Chard. Johanna, Adam and Charlie first met Reg four years ago, when they gave his front of house a bit of a refresh.

When it comes to cooking, Colin’s usually the boss…but not in this kitchen! This week, his wife, Jane, is joining him to cook a delicious dessert that’ll feed a crowd. Colin (and Jane’s!) crème brulee is creamy, full of vanilla and topped with a delicious toffee crust.
GRAHAM – THE AUSTRALIAN WAR MEMORIAL
Tonight, Graham is visiting The Australian War Memorial in Canberra, a memorial and museum dedicated to all Australians who died serving their country and to those who continue to serve our nation in war, conflict and operations.
