BNW Developments Launches ‘Against All Odds’ Campaign With Yuvraj Singh During IPL 2026

Dubai premium luxury developer BNW Developments has revealed its ‘Against All Odds’ campaign featuring former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh, designed as a 90-day strategic campaign running across the full IPL 2026 season.

The Campaign and Its Objective

The campaign officially launched on March 28 with the IPL 2026 season opener and will run through the final on May 31. It was brought to life by The Third Eye Films, with Faheem Rahiman, Dhruval Patel, Jiger Mulani, and Ieshaan Sehgal involved in production.

The primary objective was to position BNW Developments as an industry disruptor, transitioning from a boutique brokerage to a major developer, using IPL 2026 as the platform to reach a global audience.

The campaign ran across India, the GCC, the UK, Australia, and the US.

A Three-Phase Rollout

The campaign adopted a saturation and sustenance model, rolled out across three phases.

Phase 1 launched with high-production cinematic TVCs during prime IPL slots to capture the first-screen audience. Phase 2 shifted to digital, using targeted social media assets to retarget high-net-worth individuals already watching the matches, alongside OOH, radio, and CRM. Phase 3 integrates the campaign into BNW’s physical community through the BNW Legends Cup, ensuring the brand presence extends beyond screens.

Following the tournament, the campaign will enter a one-month sustenance phase focused on ground-level activations and community events.

Why Yuvraj Singh

Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Founder of BNW Developments, explained the thinking behind the choice.

“For the Indian diaspora across the globe, cricket is a religion. It is the only platform that offers a 100 per cent emotional buy-in from the audience,” he said. “We targeted the nostalgic wealth demographic. Our key audiences of high-net-worth individuals aged between 28 and 55 grew up watching Yuvraj Singh’s historic resilience, from the six sixes to his 2011 World Cup triumph, and his battle with cancer.”

Aggarwal added that Yuvraj was the only choice because his journey mirrors the evolution of BNW Developments. “By aligning with him, we aren’t just engaging a celebrity, we are tapping into a deeply personal narrative of Against All Odds that resonates with the Global Indian HNI on a psychological level.”

How Success Is Being Measured

BNW Developments is tracking two primary metrics: share of voice during the IPL season and retention and recall of the ‘Against All Odds’ narrative beyond the campaign window.

The brand is also monitoring how deeply the message resonates within its existing community and CRM database. For BNW Developments, a successful campaign is one where the audience can not only recognise its logo but articulate its values.
