Seaport Sweat Returns May 4 for Its Eleventh Year as Boston’s Largest Free Outdoor Workout Series, Sponsored by Mass General Brigham Health Plan and NOBULL
The Season Also Features The Return Of Stretch And The City, Presented By Lifeway Kefir, And The Second Annual Sweatapalooza Fitness Festival On September 12.
BOSTON, MA — April 01, 2026 – Seaport Sweat returns for its 11th season, bringing Boston’s largest free outdoor workout series back to the neighborhood from May 4 through September 30, 2026. Sponsored by Mass General Brigham Health Plan and NOBULL, the program will feature more than 100 free fitness classes open to the public throughout the season.
Weekday classes will once again take place on Seaport Common, transforming the green space into an open-air fitness hub led by some of Boston’s top instructors. New this year, Saturday classes will take place on Harbor Way, expanding the program to an additional scenic Seaport location.
Participants can look forward to a wide range of workouts spanning HIIT, strength training, dance cardio, yoga, Pilates, and more, set to live DJ sets from DJ Sprino, whose mixes have become a signature part of the Seaport Sweat experience.
2026 Highlights
Seaport Sweat Weekday Classes | Seaport Common
Free classes take place Monday – Thursday at 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM on Seaport Common, featuring a rotating lineup of top Boston-based fitness instructors.
Seaport Sweat Saturday Classes | Harbor Way
New for 2026, Saturday workouts will take place at 10:00 AM on Harbor Way, showcasing brand-led classes from the growing community of wellness brands located in Seaport.

The series will also feature returning instructors including Eliza Shirazi, Ashley Mitchell, Reese Pressey, and Bron Volney, alongside additional alumni instructors who have helped shape Seaport Sweat over the past decade.

Stretch and the City | Summer Street Steps
Returning for its third year, Stretch and the City, presented by Lifeway Kefir, offers a weekly outdoor yoga class designed as a midday reset.
Classes take place Fridays at 12:00 PM at the Summer Street Steps, led by instructor Therlande Louissaint. Following each class, attendees can enjoy complimentary samples of Lifeway Kefir’s probiotic drinks.

Sweatapalooza Fitness Festival
The season will culminate with Sweatapalooza, a high-energy fitness festival taking place Saturday, September 12. The event will feature group workouts led by Seaport Sweat instructors, a live DJ, pop-ups, and giveaways.

Seaport Sweat sponsor Mass General Brigham Health Plan, participants can cool off at the Hydration Station on Seaport Common, located next to The Current, with a water fountain, bottle refill station, and dog bowl for pets.
