A driver has been killed in a two-car smash in Melbourne’s southeast.
The 94-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries when his Mazda crashed with a Subaru on the Princes Hwy at Noble Park about 2pm on Tuesday.
He was taken to hospital where he died a short time later.

“His passenger, a woman from Mulgrave, was also taken to hospital with serious injuries,” Victoria Police said.
“The driver of the Subaru, a 20-year-old woman, was uninjured.”
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
The elderly man’s death marks the 66th life lost on Victorian roads this year.
