A key visual for the Yowayowa Teacher TV anime adaptation has been released. An April 11 broadcast start date was also revealed.
Yowayowa Teacher (Yowayowa Sensei) is based on the manga by Fukuchi Kamio. The manga started serialization in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine in 2022 and has 16 volumes as of February 2026. The rom-com sees second-year high schooler Akihito Abikura discovering that his homeroom teacher, Hiyori Hiwamura, has another side to her that is in stark contrast with her fierce image.
