Wynn Al Marjan Island has officially joined the Legend Collection of Preferred Hotels & Resorts ahead of its highly anticipated launch in spring 2027. Located less than 50 miles from Dubai International Airport, Wynn Al Marjan Island is being developed by Wynn Design & Development in partnership with Marjan LLC. At the heart of Wynn Al Marjan Island will stand a 70-storey tower rising 352 metres above sea level. The resort will offer 1,530 guest accommodations, all designed to provide panoramic water views. The development includes 313 luxury suites housed within Enclave, a boutique hotel concept occupying the upper floors of the tower and focused on delivering a highly personalised guest experience.

Upon opening, Wynn Al Marjan Island guests will be eligible to enrol in I Prefer Hotel Rewards, the loyalty programme of Preferred Hotels & Resorts. The programme has more than six million members worldwide and operates across over 650 participating properties globally.
