Wynn Al Marjan Island Joins Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ Legend Collection Ahead of 2027 Opening

Wynn Al Marjan Island has officially joined the Legend Collection of Preferred Hotels & Resorts ahead of its highly anticipated launch in spring 2027. The $5.1 billion beachfront development in Ras Al Khaimah is positioned as one of the most ambitious luxury hospitality projects in the Middle East and is expected to redefine integrated resort experiences in the region.

Located less than 50 miles from Dubai International Airport, Wynn Al Marjan Island is being developed by Wynn Design & Development in partnership with Marjan LLC. The project is set on an island spanning more than 60 hectares extending into the Arabian Gulf, offering a beachside destination tailored to international travellers seeking ultra-luxury hospitality.

Wynn Al Marjan Island to Feature 1,530 Rooms and Panoramic Water Views

At the heart of Wynn Al Marjan Island will stand a 70-storey tower rising 352 metres above sea level. The resort will offer 1,530 guest accommodations, all designed to provide panoramic water views. The development includes 313 luxury suites housed within Enclave, a boutique hotel concept occupying the upper floors of the tower and focused on delivering a highly personalised guest experience.

The scale and architectural ambition of Wynn Al Marjan Island underscore its positioning as a landmark hospitality destination within the UAE. With sweeping views of the Arabian Gulf and direct access to the beachfront, the resort aims to combine contemporary design with immersive coastal living.

Luxury Amenities at Wynn Al Marjan Island

Wynn Al Marjan Island will feature 22 restaurants and lounges offering a diverse culinary landscape. Guests will also have access to a beach club, multiple swimming pools, a 420-metre stretch of white-sand beach, and a 98-berth marina.

Additional facilities will include a theatre, luxury retail outlets, and Coral Court, a purpose-built venue for weddings, celebrations, and large-scale events. The integrated resort will also house a five-star spa complete with salon services and state-of-the-art fitness facilities.

These amenities position Wynn Al Marjan Island as a comprehensive lifestyle destination designed to attract leisure travellers, event organisers, and high-end clientele from across global markets.
