Walker sits sixth after the opening two heats. She is the reigning World Cup silver medallist and remains within reach of the podium heading into the final runs on the Cortina track.

The Men’s 2-man Bobsleigh heats are scheduled for 8.00pm AEDT on Monday, with Germany entering as a leading contender, while an Italian pairing has drawn attention on home ice.

Figure skating medal event

Australia’s pair combination of Hektor Giotopoulos Moore and Anastasiia Golubeva are listed for the Figure Skating – Pair Skating Free Skating Medal Event at 6.00am AEDT on Tuesday (TBC).

The duo previously finished ninth at the 2025 World Championships and are aiming to improve on an 11th-place result at the Four Continents event earlier this month.
