Rebel — Lower East Side, New York

Rebél Restaurant and Bar on Manhattan’s Lower East Side describes itself as serving Haitian and Caribbean cuisine prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant says its recipes are passed down from generation to generation.
Rebél also promotes its space as ideal for date night, with live music and a lounge bar included in the experience.
Bettie’s — Jersey City, New Jersey

Bettie’s Restaurant in Jersey City is an intimate restaurant from Chef Benel featuring Haitian, Caribbean and Latin cuisine. The restaurant is named after his mother, Betie, who taught him to cook at age 9 and operated a catering company in the Dominican Republic.
Chef Benel began as a line cook in his mother’s company before becoming head chef. Bettie’s celebrates her dishes and serves as his New Jersey project.
Grida Bistro — Abington, Massachusetts

Grida Bistro in Abington, Massachusetts, identifies as a Caribbean Southern fusion restaurant. The menu blends Caribbean flavors with Southern influences.

Casa de Amore — Florida
