The hotel confirmed that the programme was designed to cater to families, friends and corporate groups seeking traditional Ramadan dining in varied settings.

At Byblos Sur Mer, the hotel’s Lebanese restaurant, guests were offered a traditional Iftar menu featuring classic Ramadan dishes inspired by Lebanese cuisine. The Iftar experience was priced at Dhs240 per person, while Suhoor was served as a set menu starting from Dhs150. Dining at Byblos Sur Mer was available daily from sunset until 2.30am throughout the holy month.
InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi also hosted dedicated Ramadan dining experiences. Residents and hotel guests were able to gather for an Iftar priced at Dhs245 per person, followed by Suhoor at Dhs150. The residence setting provided a quieter atmosphere for those preferring a more intimate way to break their fast.
For corporate and group gatherings, InterContinental Abu Dhabi confirmed the availability of tailored Iftar experiences across multiple venues within the hotel and residences. Corporate Iftar packages started from Dhs220 per person, with Suhoor options available on request. The venues were adaptable for different group sizes, allowing businesses to host team and client gatherings during Ramadan.
The hotel stated that its Ramadan programme focused on traditional flavours, flexible dining options and spaces designed to bring people together throughout the holy month.
