Turning Mumbai into a futuristic apocalyptic Zombieland won’t be easy. But this is exactly what director Jay Mehta is supposed to achieve in the Ranveer Singh-starrer Pralay, Hindi cinema’s full-fledged zombie film in which will be India’s most expensive Mumbai based film of all times.

To turn Mumbai into a Zombieland would require an immeasurable amount of planning.
Said a source close to the project, “The entire city’s landscape has to be mapped and the post-apocalypse scenario has to be structured accordingly. This is the scale of devastation seen in John Kransinki’s A Quiet Place and Danny Boyle’s 28 Days Later.”
The super-ambitious project being helmed by Hansal Mehta’s talented son Jay has the full backing of Sameer Nair and Applause Entertainment, who want to create an international-calibre apocalyptic film.
