Network 10 has locked in an early-February shake-up to its early evening, confirming the long-awaited return of Millionaire Hot Seat and officially shifting Deal Or No Deal into a new 6.30pm home.
The revived quiz show, hosted by Rebecca Gibney, will premiere on Monday February 2, marking the first time the Logie Hall of Famer has fronted a game show. The move completes a reshuffle that has been quietly brewing for months, as 10 looks to stabilise its 6–7pm block following the gameshow expansion — and rapid retreat of 10 News+.
Under the new line-up, 10 News+ will now air for 30 minutes at 6.00pm, clearing the runway for Deal Or No Deal, hosted by Grant Denyer, to slide into a regular 6.30pm slot. From there, viewers will be handed straight over to Millionaire Hot Seat at 7.00pm.

The updated Millionaire Hot Seat has been streamlined into a 30-minute format, dropping the traditional fastest finger round and reducing lifelines. Contestants will face 15 questions for a chance at $1 million, with six players rotating through the hot seat each episode.
Produced by Curio Pictures and filmed at Docklands Studios, the series is based on the Sony Pictures Television format and represents a fresh chapter for the long-running franchise on Network 10 Australia.
Deal Or No Deal exceeded internal expectations during its recent 7.00pm run, prompting executives to rethink earlier cancellation plans and lock the game show into the rebuilt early-evening strategy.
The pairing of familiar formats and trusted faces is designed to offer viewers an alternative to rival 7.00pm programs, with 10 hoping the combination will rebuild audience flow into its 7.30pm entertainment schedule.
