When we think of New Year’s Eve, the first thought that comes to mind is FIREWORKS! When making NYE plans, the big question on everyone’s minds is “where are the fireworks?” So we made a big guide for your convenience. They’re sorted alphabetically to help you find the fireworks show closest to you!
Adelaide CBD
The fun kicks off at 5:30pm in the city, with free entry, family fun, food and drink. Of course, this isn’t complete without fireworks. There will be a 9pm show for the kiddies, and another at midnight, just in time to welcome 2026.

Brighton Beach will come to life as part of the New Year’s Eve at the Bay celebrations. There will be a fireworks show at 9:30pm.

Copper Coast
Over on the Copper Coast, Wallaroo will be ringing in the new year with a lineup of festivities. There will be NYE markets from 4pm to 8pm, followed by fireworks displays at 9:30pm and 12am.

Glenelg
Also joining in on the New Year’s Eve at the Bay celebrations is Glenelg! Glenelg Beach will see family fireworks synchronised to music at 9:30pm, followed by fireworks at midnight.

Mount Gambier
The Mount Gambier Showgrounds will come to life this NYE with live performances, attractions, and local mobile caterers. There will be plenty for the kids with free jumping castles, sand pit, kids’ corner, laser tag, egg-and-spoon races, carriage rides, face painting, and glitter and balloon art. Fireworks will kick off at 9pm and 12am.

Murray Bridge
Murray Bridge will see the return of fireworks to the riverbanks of Wharf Hill, Sturt Reserve this New Year’s Eve. On the schedule are food trucks and music from 6pm, bridge lighting from 7pm and fireworks at 9pm.

Welcome the new year on the Port Lincoln Foreshore with two spectacular fireworks displays over Boston Bay. There will be an early show at 9:30pm, followed by the traditional midnight countdown to light up the bay once again.

The Semaphore Foreshore will see festivities kicking off at 6pm and continuing until midnight. Enjoy a night filled with live performances by main stage bands, DJs and roving entertainment across an alcohol-free zone. There will be two fireworks displays accompanied by music at 9:30pm and midnight.
