We have become opaque crystals of deceit,
selling lies disguised as truth,
as false prophets do
We have become a torrent of ingrates,
arrogant in every way,
speaking unintelligible words
to take advantage of others
We have become corrupt egoists
with long tentacles of greed
and unbridled ambition;
mere narcissists, seeking only
our own satisfaction
We have lost our way,
like leaves flying wildly in the wind
we have no north;
everything is distorted
and we no longer believe in anything
Man has forgotten his soul,
has cast aside his brothers and sisters,
has lost his heart
and now lives without reason
What have we become?
We Have Become
Will there be salvation?
