[TGA 2025] ‘Phasmophobia’ Comes to The Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026 [Trailer]

Currently in Early Access for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Steam, Kinetic Games has set its sights next year on the Nintendo Switch 2 for Phasmophobia. The hit co-op multiplayer game just released its newest map last month in Nell’s Diner, and has now sold a combined 25 million copies across all platforms.

“We’re over the moon to reveal that Phasmophobia is coming to Nintendo Switch 2,” says Kinetic Games CE and game director Daniel Knight. “It’s something both our community and all of us at Kinetic Games have wanted for a long time, so we’re really happy this long-kept secret is finally out there. With 1.0 on track for 2026, it’s an exciting time to have new players get to experience the game. We’re so glad that Switch 2 players will be able to join us for everything that’s coming, as well as jump into the wealth of content we’ve added throughout 2025.”

As for now, players can get in on the upcoming Winter’s Jest event across all platforms on December 16th, 2025 at 12PM GMT and will run until January 6th, 2025, also ending at 12PM GMT. PLayers will be tasked to successfully complete contracts and optional objectives as well as other goals such as locating Krampus’ jack-in-the-box items to earn in-game rewards.
