The upcoming Scenes from Awajima TV anime, which depicts the experiences of various students of the Awashima Girls’ Opera School, has received a lengthy third trailer and an April 9, 25:45 PM JST (effectively April 10 at 1:45 PM JST) broadcast premiere date.
The two-minute trailer includes a snippet of the newly announced ending song “Hikari” by Mika Nakashima and shots of the characters Sara Takakashi, Eri Fujisawa, and Shizuka Utagawa. The trio are the stars of the anime’s fourth character visual, another new reveal.

Their respective voice actors, also freshly announced, are Kana Ichinose, Risa Shimizu, and Asuna Tomari.
Scenes from Awajima (Awajima Hyakkei) is based on the Ohta Publishing-published omnibus manga by Takako Shimura. The title received an Award for Excellence in the manga category of the 19th Japan Media Arts Festival.
The Scenes from Awajima manga began in June 2011 and ended in March 2024. It was first serialized in the now-defunct Pocopoco before moving to Ohta Web Comic.
