BINGE is leaning into experiential storytelling, partnering with PANiQ Room Sydney to launch the RUN escape room experience, inspired by the streamer’s upcoming Australian crime drama RUN.
Timed to coincide with the series premiere on January 1, the limited run experience invites participants to step into the calculated world of notorious Australian criminal Brenden Abbott, also known as the Postcard Bandit.
Designed as a high pressure challenge, the escape room mirrors the meticulous planning and split second decision making that defined Abbott’s crimes and prison break attempts.

Running until January 31, 2026, the activation reflects a growing push from streamers to extend premium local dramas beyond traditional marketing, giving audiences a hands on way to engage with a series ahead of and during its release window.
RUN is a six part high octane crime drama set across the 1980s and 90s, with all episodes dropping on BINGE on January 1, and is complemented by the two part documentary The Postcard Bandit, which will stream on BINGE from January 7 and premiere on Showcase at 8.30pm.
Produced by Warner Bros. International Television Production Australia for the Foxtel Group, the drama series stars George Mason as Abbott, alongside Robyn Malcolm, Ashleigh Cummings and Keiynan Lonsdale, supported by a large ensemble cast drawn from across Australian film and television.
Bookings for the RUN escape room experience are now open HERE.
RUN will be available to stream from Thursday January 1 on BINGE and Foxtel On Demand, with the series also premiering on Showcase at 8.30pm.
