WESTFIELD, Mass. — Rivier’s Chloe Bryda and Worcester State’s Kelsey Czerniawski earn the MASCAC Women’s Ice Hockey Player and Defensive Player of the Year and headline the 2025-26 All-Conference team as voted on by the coaches from around the conference prior to the tournament.

Bryda, a freshman from Cumberland, R.I., made an impact in her first year with the Raiders claiming not only Player but Rookie of the Year as well. She ended the season first in the MASCAC in points with 28, goals with 16 and assists with 12. She also collected a +14 rating while scoring one goal on the power play and five game-winners. Those game-winners are the fifth-best in Division III while her goals per game average has her in 26th.

She concluded the season first in the league with a 1.33 goals against average, .700 win percentage, 14 wins and save percentage at .957. She stopped 575 shots with only 26 goals allowed. Her save percentage is the third-best in Division III and 21 with her win percentage.

After a record-setting season where the Raiders tallied 17 wins, Marykate Drinkwater of Rivier was voted the 2025-26 BSN Sports Coach of the Year by her peers. This is her second straight Coach of the Year honor.
