Rajab Butt is a renowned Pakistani YouTuber who is currently making headlines for his back-to-back cases and controversies. He recently grabbed attention after lawyers allegedly beat him up at the Karachi City Court. Despite his controversial actions, Rajab Butt still enjoys a strong following, with 8.34 million subscribers on YouTube and 2.9 million followers on Instagram.
Recently, Rajab Butt appeared on Irshad Bhatti’s podcast, where he clarified why his father’s surname is Bhatti while his own surname is Butt.
Talking about it, Rajab Butt said, “When my father returned from Kuwait, he got his ID card renewed which was misprinted by the NADRA and my father is the kind of a person who doesn’t care about such things because he is a simple man. Obviously, I didn’t know I would become such a big star and that my ID card would circulate on the internet and turn into a national issue. The same thing happened with my sister when she was taking admission, but when it became an issue related to me, I got it corrected. I have no issues with being a Bhatti or a Butt. I respect and love all castes, and I don’t have any problem with it.”
