Punjab Police Registers Kidnapping FIR Against Jinns

Rawalpindi Police have registered an unusual kidnapping case after the father of a missing child claimed that supernatural beings were responsible for his son’s disappearance.

According to ARY News, the incident occurred within the jurisdiction of Taxila Police Station, where police formally recorded an abduction case against “jinns” following a complaint by the child’s family.

The missing boy, identified as 11-year-old Suraqa Al Saif, left his home on January 21 and did not return. After waiting several days, his father filed a police complaint on January 25.

In the FIR, the complainant stated that his son went outside the house on January 21 and was allegedly taken away by jinns.

He claimed that similar incidents had occurred in the past, saying that supernatural beings had previously taken his son multiple times, but the boy had always returned home after some time.

This time, however, several days passed with no sign of the child. The father told police that his son had been kidnapped and remained missing.

The incident has drawn attention due to the unusual nature of the allegations included in the police report.

A similar case was reported earlier in Lahore, where a married woman went missing and her mother registered a kidnapping case against jinns.
