The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has instructed all recognized medical and dental colleges nationwide to prominently display its notifications, decisions, circulars, and directives.
In an official communication issued on January 29, the council directed principals and deans to ensure full compliance with PMDC regulations, policies, and decisions. The PMDC asked institutions to place all relevant notifications on official notice boards located in prominent and easily accessible areas within their campuses.
The council said the move aims to ensure that students, faculty members, medical and dental practitioners, and administrative staff remain fully informed about regulatory matters. It also advised institutions to encourage stakeholders to regularly visit the official PMDC website for the latest updates and announcements.
The PMDC emphasized that all displayed information must remain clearly visible, regularly updated, and accessible at all times. Officials said the directive seeks to strengthen transparency, improve regulatory compliance, and enhance awareness across medical and dental institutions.
