“While we are disappointed to lose Lachie, we are delighted for him that he has earned this opportunity to test himself in Europe,” said Newcastle Jets General Manager of Football, Nigel Boogaard.
“He has embraced everything we value as a club, worked hard to develop his game and has been a consistent contributor within the squad.
“His progression is a credit to his mindset and the environment he has been part of here.
He continued: “Opportunities like this are what we want for our players, and Lachie has put himself in this position through his work and commitment.
“We wish him all the best with the next chapter of his career.”
Rose will be linking up with fellow Isuzu UTE A-League hot-shot Jesse Randall, with the Auckland FC striker having also agreed to join Dundee United at the end of the season.
Next up for the Jets is a crucial clash with Sydney FC at Allianz Stadium on Sunday afternoon where the Jets will be aiming to extend their lead at the top of the Isuzu UTE A-League ladder.
