A visual for the upcoming NEEDY STREAMER OVERLOAD (NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE) TV anime has been released, depicting the character Ame-chan.

There’s also a trailer for its early theatrical preview, NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE -OVERTURE-, which screens on March 6 at Theatre Shinjuku and Theater Umeda. The series will begin airing in April.
NEEDY STREAMER OVERLOAD is inspired by the 2022 game of the same name, which is described as a “multi-ending ADV about a girl with quite a need for approval who wants to become the bestest streamer = Internet Angel.” The player takes on the role of a producer for the said girl, Ame, who streams as OMGkawaiiAngel.
The anime includes three new characters that form the Karamasov unit, with creator nyalra saying that they “wrote the anime script believing that introducing new characters would make Ame shine even more.”
After launching on Steam, the NEEDY STREAMER OVERLOAD game was released on Nintendo Switch in October 2022 and later came to PlayStation 4 and 5 in 2025.
