The world tour was first announced at Jump Festa 2026 last December, as part of the upcoming 10th anniversary celebrations for the My Hero Academia anime series. A teaser visual and 10th anniversary logo for the series were previously released, along with plans for an anime adaptation of the manga’s 431st chapter titled “More,” which will debut on Crunchyroll worldwide on May 2, 2026.

VIZ Media licensed the My Hero Academia manga series for English release, and describes the main premise as:

Middle school student Izuku Midoriya wants to be a hero more than anything, but he hasn’t got an ounce of power in him. With no chance of ever getting into the prestigious U.A. High School for budding heroes, his life is looking more and more like a dead end. Then an encounter with All Might, the greatest hero of them all, gives him a chance to change his destiny.

U.S. tour dates will be announced sometime in April 2026, with more updates and ticket information available on the event’s official website
