What begins as unsettling internet fodder takes a dangerous turn when Lucas contacts his estranged sister, Lynn (Kelsey Pribilski), after uncovering surveillance footage that appears to capture a real murder in their Texas hometown. Reluctantly returning home, Lynn agrees to help investigate—only to find herself pulled into a mystery far older and more disturbing than either of them anticipated.
As Lynn digs deeper, she uncovers a decades-old supernatural phenomenon woven into the fabric of the town itself, casting suspicion on nearly everyone around her. The situation escalates with the arrival of a volatile stranger (Brian Villalobos), whose destructive presence forces Lynn to confront her own family’s connection to a terrifying local legend—one tied to a deadly monster said to stalk the outskirts of Larkin, Texas.
