Yet all eyes were on the Princess of Wales, who attended the Easter Matins service for the first time since 2023. She missed the event in 2024 due to her cancer treatments and is understood to have skipped the occasion last year to spend time with her young family as she continued with her recovery.

When it came to her accessories, the Princess of Wales opted for a favorite pair of earrings from the royal jewelry** **box: the Bahrain Pearl Drop earrings, which previously belonged to Queen Elizabeth II. They hold an extra poignant connection for Kate Middleton as they are the jewels she chose to wear for Her Majesty’s funeral in 2022.

The sparkling jewels proved the perfect finishing touch to her embroidered, off-white dress and matching Juliette Botterill Millinery hat.
