Junaid Safdar’s wedding festivities are currently underway, featuring a series of back-to-back events. The celebrations began with a Mehndi event at Jati Umra, attended by prominent members of the Nawaz Sharif, Shahbaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz, and Safdar Awan families. Yesterday, Junaid Safdar tied the knot with Shanzay Ali Rohail, the granddaughter of Nawaz Sharif’s close friend and senior politician Sheikh Rohail Asghar. The wedding ceremony was held at a beautiful farmhouse in Lahore and was hosted by Shanzay Ali Rohail’s family. Both the bride and groom looked adorable at the event.
Shanzay Ali Rohail’s elegant Barat look was widely praised by
fashion critics. She wore a beautiful outfit by Indian designer Tarun Tahiliani, which was also recently worn by Ananya Panday at an event. It was a stunning deep red saree, heavily embroidered with dull gold and ivory resham dhaga work and sequins featuring traditional patterns. She completed the look with a long dupatta draped over her head, which she used as a ghoonghat at several moments. The blouse was also especially customised for Shanzay. She accessorized her look with an elegant polki and emerald necklace and earrings, along with minimal bangles on her hands. She once again opted for a flawless nude makeup look.
