Is the Order a Rabbit? (Gochumon wa Usagi desu ka?) started as a manga by Koi in 2011. Yen Press describes the synopsis as:

Lured by the promise of adorable bunnies, Cocoa stops at Rabbit House, a café nestled in the picturesque town she’s moving to for school…only to find out that very establishment is going to be her new home! What’s more, new friends abound as she gets to know small-but-aloof Chino; military-minded Rize; gentle and traditional Chiya; and Syaro, a refined girl who’s full of surprises. Their days are bursting with cuteness, fun, and tasty treats—plus the joys of growing friendships!

Previous anime content include three TV anime seasons and two OVAs. The third season, Is the Order a Rabbit? BLOOM, aired in 2020. A new anime was announced in March of this year.
